1. Scope of the Agreement


1.1 This User Agreement is an agreement between the user (you) and Alpaca regarding the use of the products and services provided by Alpaca. 1.2 The products and services under this agreement refer to Internet products and services published by Alpaca including but not limited to online media, Internet value-added, interactive entertainment, e-commerce, smart hardware and advertising (forms include but not limited to online video, comments, comments, pictures, software, technical code, etc.).


1.3 The content of this agreement also includes the Privacy Policy and all various rules, announcements or notices that Alpaca has issued or may issue in the future, and when you use a specific product or service of Alpaca, you may have separate agreements, related Service rules, etc., the aforementioned rules, announcements, notices and agreements shall become an integral part of this Agreement once they are published, and you shall also abide by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop registration/activation and stop using Alpaca's related products and services.


1.4 Alpaca has the right to amend this Agreement and/or various rules from time to time as necessary (including but not limited to formulating new terms and modifying existing terms), and announce changes through online announcements without separately notifying you. Once the revised agreement and rules are announced, they will automatically take effect immediately or at a specific time specified in the announcement. If you continue to use Alpaca's products or services after the revision of the aforementioned announcement, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the revised agreement and rules. If you do not agree to the revision, you should immediately stop using the products and services provided by Alpaca.


1.5 Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Alpaca has the right to regulate the products and services developed/published by Alpaca on the basis of this Agreement through separate product and service agreements (hereinafter referred to as "single product agreements"). Where there is a conflict between an individual product agreement and this Agreement, the individual product agreement shall prevail. 2. Alpaca Service Statement


2.1. Not medically relevant: The online/offline assessments, rehabilitation training classes, offline guidance and other service products provided in the Alpaca App are designed to provide users with exercise training to improve joint imbalances. The training actions in the Alpaca App are based on adjusting muscle imbalances. Questions, assessments, and services cannot replace medical diagnosis and treatment, nor do they involve any medical issues. Please follow your doctor's advice for any medical issues.


2.2. Pain-free principle: Users are required to have a completely clear and independent understanding of joint imbalance problems during sports rehabilitation training. During the process, users need to conduct training in a pain-free manner. If any training movements cause pain, stop immediately!


2.3. Training in the middle and late stages: All training to adjust muscle imbalances is limited to the middle and late stages of sports injuries. Users with early-stage pain should suspend training and follow the doctor's advice. Any subsequent joint pain problems will be borne by the individual.


3. Introduction to Alpaca products and services


3.1 Alpaca provides users with a variety of Internet products and services, including but not limited to training courses, training plans, training diaries and other related products. Users can use, share and purchase the products and services provided by Alpaca through Alpaca products. Users have the right to obtain the products and services provided by Alpaca, but Alpaca has the right to charge the resulting service or product fees.


3.2 Alpaca will try its best to provide unobstructed online services. However, the network access service of the platform may be affected by various factors and the link may be blocked, restricted or terminated. We will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused to you. any liability.


3.3 Some products and services provided by Alpaca are subject to payment, and users need to pay a certain fee to Alpaca for using such products. For paid products and services, we will give users clear prompts before using them. Only when users confirm their willingness to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts can users use/continue to use such paid products and services. If the user refuses to pay the relevant fees, Alpaca has the right not to provide the user with such charged products and services.


3.4 Alpaca only provides online products and services. 3.5 Alpaca replacement, modification and upgrade:

3.5.2 Alpaca has the right to provide software updates (including software upgrade replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.) from time to time;

3.5.4 After a new version of Alpaca is released, the old version may not be available. Alpaca does not guarantee that older versions of Alpaca and corresponding services will continue to be available. 3.6 Third-party applications and services


Alpaca products provide functional modules that support third-party applications for users to use, including but not limited to tool services, video or picture services, etc., as well as various services that may appear in the future. When using such applications, users shall abide by the provisions of this Agreement and the corresponding agreements, terms or rules of the application. The rights and obligations between users and developers shall be implemented with reference to relevant agreements, terms or rules. When using software and services provided by third parties, users must understand and agree:


3.6.1 When users use applications and services provided by third-party developers, the third-party developers will obtain the user's personal data and content information based on the user's authorization. These materials and information are licensed to third parties at the user's discretion. Users must be clear: when you authorize a third party to obtain your personal data and content information, there may be a risk of information leakage; when you use third-party services, in addition to complying with this Agreement and other relevant rules of Alpaca, you also Agreements and relevant rules of third parties should be observed. Any disputes, losses or damages arising from third-party software and related services shall be resolved by you and the third party yourself, and Alpaca shall not be responsible for this.


3.6.2 The purpose of Alpaca introducing third-party services is to enrich Alpaca products and create a better service experience for users. However, the liability arising from defects or errors in third-party services shall be borne by the third party itself. Alpaca and Alpaca will review or audit the services provided by the third party. However, due to the professionalism of the services, omissions may inevitably occur. Third-party service providers are not exempt from liability due to Alpaca's review or failure to review it.


3.6.3 Alpaca has the right to review and manage applications provided by third-party developers, and has the right to remove third-party applications from the shelves without notifying users. Alpaca will not be responsible for any impact or loss caused to users. Responsibility shall be borne by the user himself or negotiated with a third party, but Alpaca will try its best to protect the rights of users from infringement.


3.6.4 When using third-party applications, users must agree to: (1) authorize the use of their Alpaca account to log in to third-party applications; (2) agree to third-party applications obtaining their personal data to obtain corresponding products and services.


3.6.5 Any disputes between the user and the third-party developer arising from the use of third-party applications shall be resolved by the user and the developer through their own negotiations. Relevant responsibilities and compensation shall be borne solely by the developer, and Alpaca shall not bear any responsibility.


4. Intellectual Property Statement


4.1 Alpaca enjoys all legal ownership rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and ownership rights) of Alpaca products in accordance with the law. All copyrights and all other intellectual property rights of Alpaca, as well as all information related to Alpaca, including but not limited to: text expressions and their combinations, icons, graphics, icons, color combinations, interface design, layout framework, related data, printing Materials or electronic documents are protected by China’s laws and regulations on intellectual property and relevant international treaties.


4.2 All rights to Alpaca products and videos, technical software and other products and information provided through Alpaca products belong to Alpaca, except those uploaded by users themselves or clearly marked as provided by third parties.


4.3 Alpaca owns patent rights, patent application rights, trademark rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in Alpaca products and related services. Alpaca does not grant the user any intellectual property rights related to Alpaca as a result of this agreement or the provision of Alpaca and related products and services to the user. Any rights not expressly granted to User in this Agreement are reserved by Alpaca.


5. User privacy system


5.1 The protection of users’ personal information is a fundamental principle of Alpaca. Alpaca will collect, use, store and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If the provisions on the protection of personal information in this Agreement conflict with the Privacy Policy, or if this Agreement does not clearly provide for the protection of personal information, the contents of the Privacy Policy shall prevail.


5.2 During the process of registering an account or using Alpaca products and services, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in your true identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you may not be able to use Alpaca's products or services, or you may be restricted during use.


5.3 You can browse and modify the information you submitted at any time, but for security and identification (such as account appeal service) considerations, you may not be able to modify some of the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration. Alpaca reserves the right to review your changes to your personal information.


5.4 Alpaca will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any unaffiliated third party unless:


(1) Relevant laws and regulations or requirements of courts and government agencies;


(2) Transferred to complete a merger, division, acquisition or asset transfer;


(3) Obtain your authorization in advance;


(4) You use the sharing function;

6. User account, password and security


6.1 Registration qualifications


You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the products and services provided by Alpaca in other ways permitted by Alpaca, you should be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full civil rights and full civil capacity. If you do not have the aforementioned subject qualifications, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom, and Alpaca has the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account, and reserves the right to seek compensation from you or your guardian.


Minors under the age of 18 and other persons with incomplete civil capacity should use Alpaca's products and services under the guidance of a legal guardian.


6.2 Registration and Account


6.2.1 In order to fully use the products and services provided by Alpaca, you must register an account provided by Alpaca. The user (you) must be responsible for the authenticity, legality, validity and completeness of the information provided when registering an Alpaca account, and maintain and update your personal information in a timely manner to ensure the authenticity, legality and validity of the information.


6.2.2 The ownership and related rights and interests of your registered account in Alpaca belong to the company. After completing the registration procedure, you only have the right to use the account. Your account is for your own use only. It is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form without Alpaca's written consent. 6.3 Alpaca hereby reminds you to protect your account number and password and never disclose your account number and password to others. You are solely responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, and for all activities that occur under your account and password (including but not limited to information disclosure, information release, online click consent or submission of various rules and agreements, online renewal agreement or purchase of services, etc.). Alpaca cannot and will not be responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms. 6.4 You can set a nickname for your account. The nickname you set must not infringe or be suspected of infringing the legitimate rights and interests of others. Users promise to abide by the following regulations when setting nicknames:


(1) Do not use the real names, trade names, or artistic names of party and state leaders or other social celebrities.

Name and pen name registration;


(2) Not registered in the name of a national agency or other institution;


(3) Do not register accounts with uncivilized or unhealthy names, or accounts that contain discriminatory, insulting, or obscene words;


(4) Failure to register an account that is likely to cause ambiguity, cause misunderstanding by others, or otherwise does not comply with legal requirements.


If the nickname you set is suspected of infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, Alpaca has the right to terminate some or all of its software services to you. Alpaca does not assume any responsibility for this, and you will bear any direct or indirect losses and adverse consequences arising therefrom.


6.5 The user agrees to authorize Alpaca to use the user’s information resources for the following reasons:


(1) Perform software verification and upgrade services;


(2) Improve user safety or provide customer support;


(3) When providing specific services in response to special requests from users, information needs to be provided to Alpaca or related third parties or other users;


(4) Use various non-personal privacy data for commercial purposes, including but not limited to providing value-added services, advertising, targeted advertising, marketing, joint registration, promotions or other activities to third parties;


(5) At the request of judicial or government agencies;


(6) To improve user experience;


(7) Other circumstances that are beneficial to the interests of users and Alpaca and do not violate any mandatory laws and regulations.


6.6 If you have not logged in for two consecutive years after registering your account, Alpaca has the right to recycle the user nickname or recycle the user account within the scope permitted by laws and regulations to avoid wasting resources. You will be responsible for any adverse consequences caused by this.


6.7 User logout


If you have carefully considered and decided to give up your Alpaca account and meet all the cancellation conditions stipulated by Alpaca, you can send an email to feedback@eggvi.com to apply for cancellation of Alpaca. Once the Alpaca account is canceled, it will not be recoverable. Please make a backup before doing so. All information and data related to your Alpaca account. Please keep the transaction vouchers, bills and other information for the goods and services you ordered, otherwise you may have to pay additional account and order inquiry fees, or you may not be able to enjoy after-sales service. Alpaca will not be responsible for any adverse impact caused to you due to the cancellation of your account.


7. Alpaca usage specifications


7.1 Users must be responsible for their own online behavior, including taking full responsibility for the content they publish, upload or transmit (including text, comments, comments, comments, pictures, video content, software products, etc.). Users must promise that any content published on the Alpaca platform complies with the laws, regulations, rules and regulations of the People's Republic of China and Alpaca's management practices. 7.2 Alpaca is committed to creating a civilized, rational, friendly and high-quality community communication environment. 7.4 When using Alpaca products and services, users commit to and abide by the following provisions:


(1) All actions performed comply with national laws, regulations and other normative documents as well as the provisions and requirements of Alpaca's various rules, do not violate social public interests or public morals, do not damage the legitimate rights and interests of others, and do not violate the relevant rules of this agreement .


(2) Do not publish product or service information that is prohibited by the state or is suspected of infringing other people's intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests. Do not publish product or service information that is against social public interests or public morals or that Alpaca deems inappropriate for publication on Alpaca. 7.6 Users fully understand and agree:


(1) If the user violates the aforementioned commitments and specifications and any legal consequences occur, the user shall independently bear all legal responsibilities in his own name and ensure that Alpaca is protected from any losses or increased expenses resulting therefrom.


(2) If the user violates the law or the provisions of this agreement and causes Alpaca to be claimed by a third party, the user shall fully compensate Alpaca for all expenses (including but not limited to various compensation fees, litigation agency fees and other reasonable expenses incurred for this purpose) ).


(3) When a third party believes that the content/products published or uploaded by users (including but not limited to videos, pictures, text, applications, software, etc.) infringes upon its rights, or the effective legal documents of the national administrative and judicial authorities confirm that you have violated the law , infringement, or if Alpaca, based on its own judgment, believes that your behavior violates national laws and regulations or is suspected of violating the terms of this agreement, Alpaca has the right to delete relevant information at its own discretion and publicize your suspected violation/breach of contract on Alpaca or the website Behavior and actions taken against you.

(6) Alpaca has the right to delete content and products that are suspected of being illegal, breach of contract, or infringing upon the legal rights of others on Alpaca without notice, and Alpaca does not assume any responsibility.


8. Disclaimer


8.1 Users understand and agree that in the process of using Alpaca services, they may encounter force majeure and other risk factors, which may cause service interruptions and delays. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome and avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as floods, typhoons, earthquakes, etc.), social events (such as wars, riots, government actions) When the above situation occurs, Alpaca will work hard to repair the products and services, but Alpaca will not be liable for any losses caused to you to the extent permitted by law.


8.2 To the extent permitted by law, Alpaca is not responsible for service termination or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:


(1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs and hacker attacks;


(2) Failure of the user’s or Alpaca’s computer software, system, hardware and communication lines;


(3) Improper user operation;


(4) The user uses this service in a manner not authorized by Alpaca;


(5) Other circumstances beyond Alpaca’s control or reasonably foreseeable.


8.3 Users understand and agree that in the process of using Alpaca products and services, they may encounter risks and damages caused by network information or other users. Alpaca is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, and legality of any information or products. Nor is it responsible for any damages caused to you due to infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:


(1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal content from anonymous or pseudonymous others;


(2) Suffer any psychological, physical and economic damage caused or likely to be caused by others' misdirection, deception or other consequences due to the use of the products or services under this agreement.


8.4 Alpaca has the right to deal with illegal and illegal content, products or services in accordance with this agreement, but this right does not constitute Alpaca’s obligations and commitments, and Alpaca does not guarantee timely discovery and corresponding processing.


8.5 For a single product or service provided by a single product operator to you through Alpaca, the single product operator shall independently bear all responsibilities and obligations related to the product or service, and Alpaca shall not bear any other responsibilities or obligations.


9. Change, suspension or termination of products/services


9.1 Users should use Alpaca and its services in a standardized and legal manner. If a user publishes information that is illegal, violates social ethics or violates this agreement, or violates relevant laws, regulations or this agreement, Alpaca has the right to take the following measures:


(1) Directly delete content that violates laws, regulations or this agreement;


(2) Suspend or restrict your right to use Alpaca and its products and services, including but not limited to restricting your use of some or all of Alpaca's functions, products, services, etc.;


(3) Terminate your right to use Alpaca;


(4) Reclaim your account and have the right to prohibit you from applying for or obtaining a new account through other means;


(5) Pursue your legal liability in accordance with the law and claim corresponding damages.


9.2 Alpaca has the right to suspend, change, or terminate Alpaca products or part of its functions based on business development needs, and has the right to decide whether to (continue) to provide certain products and services in Alpaca; Alpaca is not obligated to notify users of the aforementioned situations. obligations.


9.3 Unless otherwise provided by law, users are responsible for backing up data stored in Alpaca. If the user's service is terminated, Alpaca has the right to permanently delete all your Alpaca-related data from the server and has no obligation to return or provide the aforementioned data to you in any form. 


9.4 You can enable and use individual or specific services in the Alpaca software. Certain individual services may require you to also accept a specially formulated agreement for that service or other rules that govern the relationship between you and the service provider. Alpaca will provide these agreements and rules in a conspicuous manner for your review. Once you start using the above services, you will be deemed to be bound by the relevant agreements and rules regarding individual services. 


10. Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution Methods


10.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland China (excluding conflict of laws). 


10.2 If you have any dispute or dispute with the Alpaca operator, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Shanghai. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. 


11. Other provisions 


11.1 If any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect the binding force of the remaining provisions of this Agreement on both parties. 


11.2 The titles of the terms of this Agreement are only for convenience of reading and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the terms of this Agreement.
